The very secret of mead is the honey. Raw, unfiltered honey from the best of hives. Sourced locally, or from our nearby viking countries.
The yeast consume the honey, adds character and converts the sugars to Alcohol. Nature at work !

We take great care to source honey either locally or nearshore. No imported African honey here. Sometimes we get honey from enthusiastic local beekeepers. This become our exclusive limited edition meads, usually only sold to selective restaurants and in small ( 100-200 250ml bottles) quantities to the public through our government Monopoly
In our meads, you will not find artificial sweeteners or fake flavors. We use only flavors from nearby areas, and from areas we know through historical sources our forefathers had access to. Pure Nordic honey, Clear flavors, and distinct characters. Flavor, flavor, flavor !!
Unfortunately, we can’t brew in old barrels, but we can honor our ancestors’ processes, by ensuring quality in every step. We take natural ingredients, from the honey itself, to flavor components like berries, chaga, rose petals, elderflower, and elderberries – all natural.
This is how it was done originally, and this how we will do it – perpetually.
